The Town of Vienna updated its subdivision and zoning ordinances through a collaborative community effort called Code Create Vienna. The updated zoning code went into effect on January 1, 2024, and can be found here.
Construction of a four-story mixed-use building with approximately 20,000 square feet and up to 151 multifamily dwelling units at 444 Maple Ave. W.
Library redevelopment with Town parking garage at 101 Maple Ave. E. The design includes 84 Town-funded parking spaces in addition to 125 library-serving parking spaces.
Rezoning of the property at 127-133 Park St. NE to allow for the replacement of four office buildings with 14 separate two-family dwellings.
Construction of a four-story mixed-use building at 245 Maple Ave. W and 101-115 Pleasant St. NW. The plans include 8,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, with six townhouse condominiums above, and 38 stand-alone three- or four-story townhouse condominiums.
Construction of six cottage-style two-family dwellings located around a common green at 117-121 Courthouse Rd. SW.
