Natalie joined the Town of Vienna in November 2019 as its first economic development director. She previously served as Arlington County's business development manager and the liaison between the county and its three business improvement districts. While in Arlington, she strengthened good governance practices and served on teams that landed headquarters for Amazon, March of Dimes, and Nestlé.
Prior to working in Arlington, Natalie was special assistant to the deputy chief of economic development in Prince George's County, Maryland. She has a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in public administration, both from the University of Maryland.
Ashley is the division's marketing and business engagement specialist. She comes from Roanoke, Virginia and is passionate about helping small business leaders tell their stories, build community, and attract new customers. She obtained her degree in Media Arts and Design with a concentration in Journalism from the James Madison University.
